Hi! Welcome to Miss Flicks, a film site run by entertainment journalist and movie obsessive Hannah Wales. I relaunched the site as Miss Flicks in January 2022 because its previous name, The World of Celebrity, wasn’t reflecting my specific focus (and love for) film.
This site consists of film reviews, interviews and features all based on UK release dates. Thanks to Miss Flicks, I have attended the Venice Film Festival three times and the London Film Festival every year since 2016. I have also had the pleasure of interviewing some fantastic filmmakers, something which I’m keen to do more of.
