Tom Hardy and Charlotte Riley at the Swimming with Men premiere

Tonight the cast and crew of Swimming with Men came to the Curzon Mayfair in London to celebrate its upcoming release.

It was a bit of a weird premiere to be honest because it was so quiet – hardly any fans turned up and that really kills the vibe. That meant the cast – including Rob Brydon, Charlotte Riley, Rupert Graves, Daniels Mays, Jim Carter and Thomas Turgoose – were all good with the fans, because there were only a few and it didn’t require much effort. They were great with the press too, but they didn’t all do the entire press line.

Tom Hardy was there as his wife’s guest so I was surprised to see him doing so much signing. He was on the blue carpet more than I expected.

Other guests included Carter’s wife Imelda Staunton, Talulah Riley, and Jason Isaacs.
